I build the systems that govern how learning gets designed. My focus is not just individual pieces of content, but the frameworks, operating models, and AI-augmented workflows that determine how an organization approaches learning at scale.

Across K–12, higher education, and workforce-readiness contexts — from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt through Pearson to Stukent — I've worked at the intersection of learning science, workforce readiness, and emerging technology. That work includes conceiving and deploying the E3 Learning Experience framework, now the instructional standard across products serving more than one million students and 11,500 educators, and building AI-enabled systems that reduced content production time by 80%.

 

What I care about is building things that last: design systems and operating models that an organization can actually grow inside of, without trading quality or academic rigor for speed.
